By creating an account, or by using the Synorios app and website, you agree to these Terms of Use. This is a legal agreement between you and SYNORIOS Inc. regarding your personal use of our services.
These terms are designed for individual consumers. If you are using this for personal file storage, device syncing, or data management, these rules govern your access.
02. Description of Services
Synorios provides tools for personal data synchronization across your personal devices. This includes file backup, contact syncing, and personal media management. We may update or change these features from time to time to improve your experience.
While we strive for 24/7 availability, service may be occasionally interrupted for updates or maintenance. We will try to notify you of any significant planned downtime.
03. User Accounts and Security
To sync your data, you must create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account.
- Notify us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
Personal Use Only
These services are provided for your individual, non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution of the syncing technology is not permitted under this plan.
04. Your Content and Our Rights
You retain ownership of the photos, files, and data you sync through Synorios. By using our service, you give us the necessary permissions to host and sync your data on your behalf.
The Synorios app, website, and brand are owned by us. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose of personal data management.
05. Ending Your Service
You can stop using Synorios and delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the service, though we will aim to give you time to export your data.
Even after you stop using the service, certain legal protections and responsibilities (like those regarding liability) will continue to apply.
06. Our Responsibility
We provide Synorios "as is." While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee it will never be lost or corrupted. We recommend you always keep a separate backup of your most important files.
As a consumer, you have certain legal rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit those rights. However, to the extent permitted by law, Synorios is not responsible for indirect or accidental damages resulting from your use of the service.
